Sometimes getting back into shape post-pregnancy can be an issue of discipline as well as finding the free time for yourself.  Sometimes we just need somebody to encourage us and remind us, with their own example, especially when you have a chance to do it at home and in the shortest time possible. 
So, here we share a video that Cindy Crawford released just three months after giving birth to her son. It’s separated into three different portions (two easier 10 minute workouts and a more challenging 30 minute one), and the workouts are designed specifically for new moms looking to not only fit back into their jeans, like Cindy says, but are also about taking time for  themselves and  feeling energized and ready to face the day.  Beautiful settings and hypnotic music are just a bonus to this very fabulous way to start your new day. Vraćanje tela u oblik pre trudnoće je često opstruisano manjkom discipline ili slobodnog vremena. Ponekad nam je zaista potreban neko da nas potakne i svojim primerom stalno podesća kako mora da je fantastično izgledati onako kako bismo želeli.
Naime,  tri meseca nakon porođaja, Cindy Crawford je realizovala video sa vežbama koje možete da uradite kod kuće, a sve u vremenu od 40 minuta.  
Video je podeljen u tri dela, dva lakša seta od po 10 minuta i jedan zahtevniji u trajanju od 30 minuta. Cela stvar je planirana i osmišljena ne samo za mame koje nakon poroda, kako kaže Cindy, žele da uđu u stari par pantalona, već i za one koje žele da odvoje vreme samo za sebe, vrate energiju, te se lakše nose sa novim danom. Dodatni bonus da započnete dan uz ovaj video su prelepe lokacije (sunčane plaže Kalifornije), hipnotišuća muzika i relaksirajući saundtrek. Video u celosti možete pogledati ovde.
