2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled
2 small bananas, peeled
4 cups coconut water
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. If using fresh pineapple, pop in 1-2 ice cubes to create a really creamy, slightly chilled smoothie. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
